Lace yarns are fine yarns, particularly suitable for delicate projects. Moonlight creates beautiful open fabrics with a soft silver shimmer and elegant drape. The innovative TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers remain undyed in the merino blend, so all our colors appear slightly lighter and with an ethereal sheen. Use Moonlight yarn for lace shawls, doubled up for elegant garments or as an additional strand for more sheen and drape.
These skeins are hand-dyed in the colorway Silver, a beautiful, semi-solid light blueish grey perfect for neutral classics or colorwork backgrounds.

Wool is a natural protein fiber that is sheared from sheep of over 200 different breeds worldwide. It is naturally crimped with a lofty hand and has been used for its warmth for 10,000 years. Merino sheep, with their particularly fine and light-colored coat, were introduced to Australia in 1797, where the best Merinos are still bred today.
