Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of 5,49 € per order.

From an order value of 70,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:

Standard: DHL Small Package International
EU member states: 10,49€
Switzerland, Great Britain: 15,49€
Rest of the world: 18,49€

Tracked: DHL Small Package International + Tracking
EU member states: 11,50€
Switzerland, Great Britain: 17,99€
Rest of the world: 22,49€

Premium: DHL Package International
EU member states: 13,99€
Switzerland, Great Britain: 26,90€
Non-EU Europe: 29,99€
USA, Canada: 47,99€
Rest of the world: 67,99€

From an order value of 140,00 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost with the Standard Shipping option (no tracking).

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, goods will be dispached within 1-3 days (Mo-Fr) from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Pre-ordered products take around 5-10 days to dispatch (Mo-Fr).

Domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1-3 days after dispatch (DHL Paket).

The shipping time frames for deliveries abroad after the goods are dispached are as follows:

Switzerland, Great Britain: 2-4 days
Rest of Europe: 3-14 days
US, Canada: 6-10 days
Australia, New Zealand: 9-20 days
Rest of the world: 7-12 days

Premium Shipping Time Frames
EU member states: 2-6 days
Switzerland, Great Britain: 2-3 days
Rest of Europe: 4-6 days
US, Canada: 6-11 days
Australia, New Zealand: 7-9 days
Rest of the world: 3-9 days

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
